What do I get with my purchase?

You’ll get our ace photographers at your race, plus, we’ll do all the work on the back end, cropping and correcting the photos. When that’s done, we’ll email all of your participants with the link to their race photos!

Where will the photographers be on the course?

After taking a look at your course map, we’ll select where we think the best spots are, and send them there. If you have suggestions, we’re happy to take those into account when we’re planning!

What do I need to give you?

All we need from you is your race logo, your course map, and as soon as the race is over, we’ll need a CSV with your participants names, and emails so we can tag the pictures we took.

What do I need from you?

Nothing! As soon as we have the photos processed, and uploaded, we’ll let you know, and then email out the photos to all of your participants!

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please get in touch with your account representative ASAP. We’ll do what we can to make the process as pain free as possible.

How will the runners know about their photos?

We’ll email them within days of your event with a direct link to our site, where they can browse, share and download their photos.

How long will it take for the photos to be ready?

While the actual delay will vary from race to race, we do ensure that all races will have photos sent out within 5 days of your starting gun!

What would this look like for my race?

We know what you’re thinking, “Those are big time races! Will I get the same level photography for my races?” The answer is yes! Check out some example races here, here, and here.

Gameface Media is at its core a race photography company, but in reality it’s so much more. Upsetting the traditional model, we offer runners high quality, race day photos for free. When races cover the costs, runners share their pictures more, and become advocates of their great racing experience. My race is this weekend! Can you cover it?

Unfortunately, we need at least two weeks advance notice to schedule an event. All of our photographers are contractors, and without enough notice, chances are they’ve booked other events!
